Create an AI Assistant

In the following we will guide you through the steps to create an AI Assistant on your data.

You have to be connected to create and access your AI Assistants. If you don't have an account yet, you can see the tutorial here

List AI Assistants

To access the AI Assistant features click on AI Assistant on the left navigation bar :

This interface allows to manage your AI Assistant.

When you are logged in, you will enter in the AI Assistant page. The page is directly available here:

The page will be empty or contain the AI Assistants that you have already created:

Create

It's time to build your an AI Assistant! In the panel AI Assistant, click on the "CREATE" button and choose the name of AI Assistant you want to create as well the language it should support.

In the advanced settings you can also :

• Choose the embedding model and the LLM model you want to use
• Import an existing AI Assistant from a JSON or ZIP file

It will not be possible to change the embedding model afterwards. You'll must create a new AI Assistant if you want to use another embedding model.

Customize your AI Assistant

You can customize your AI Assistant by clicking its name on the top left of the page.

Here you can :

• Choose a picture for it.
• Change the name of your AI Assistant
• Add a description
• Duplicate the assistant
• Export the assistant
• Mark it as favorite
• Add tags

AI Assistant Library

• You can also create an AI Assistant from the library of pre-built AI Assistants it allows you to build assistants faster and more consistently.
• To do so, click on the Browse AI Library button.
• You can type the name of the AI Assistant you want to create or scroll through the library to find the one that best suits your needs.
• You can use the filters to find the AI Assistant that best suits your needs.
• Once you have found the AI Assistant you want to create, select it.

You have two options to create an AI Assistant from the template you have selected :

Use AI Assistant to get a use only connection with the AI Assistant you have selected.
You'll be redirected to the New Chat page with the AI Assistant you have selected.
This will not use your assitant created quota of AI Assistants and you won't be able to customize the AI Assistant.

Duplicate template to create a copy of the AI Assistant template that you can customize as you wish.
You'll be redirected to the AI Assistant Task page of the copy of the template you have created. This will use your assitant created quota of AI Assistants and you will be able to customize the AI Assistant as you wish.
