On the website chatbot you have access to several options :

Customize widget

You can customize the appearance of the widget :

  • The initial message
  • The theme
  • If it's open or closed at the loading of the website
  • Its position on the screenshots
  • Its accent color
  • Its CSS font property

You have an overview of the result on the right.

Choose access type

You can choose your access type, you decide whether it is available to everyone who visits your website or only to authenticated visitors. And you can generate the API key for the integration of the widget.

Use regular sharing options or generate an API key for your AI Assistant

Test

You can have a look of the result in the test part.

Export

Finally you can choose the exportation method between :

  • Script
  • Script Content
  • Iframe

Additional data

Next, you can inject through the widget additional data (like the name of the current user, the organization, and more ). Besides, you can also override the default value like Bot name, description, etc. The additional data will contain the exact information about something or someone that you want the assistant know. Let's see in action:
